One particularly special thing about Sue is that she is immersed in the communities she's working in. She knows inside information about community events and residents behaviors. She has very strong relationships with other realtors and is able to communicate with them effectively, and quickly! Sue is data driven and sometimes relying on objective information during a time that is highly subjective can be a source of consistency and reliability.Sue also is emotionally intelligent and asks about the level of information that the customer wants. Do they want a bunch of opinions? If not, she only provides her opinions and insights when you ask, which is really refreshing & reassuring. She offers just the right amount of advice for flags to watch for, yet is supportive and provides space to work out decisions. We couldn't have been luckier than being connected with Sue.
